1、每天的四个“1小时保障”
每天保障做一小时的语文或数学寒假作业；
每天保障一小时的无负担课外阅读；
每天保障一小时的英语自学；
每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动。
2、计划与非计划
如果无特殊情况，每天必须完成以上计划；
每天的计划在得到“保障”的前提下，可灵活自由安排；
