一、学情分析
学生在学习直角三角形全等判定定理“HL”之前,已经掌握了一般三角形全等的判定方法,在本章的前一阶段的学习过程中接触到了证明三角形全等的推论,在本节课要掌握这个定理的证明以及利用这个定理解决相关问题还是一个较高的要求。

1:复习提问
1.判断两个三角形全等的方法有哪几种?
2.已知一条边和斜边,求作一个直角三角形。想一想,怎么画?同学们相互交流。
3、有两边及其中一边的对角对应相等的两个三角形全等吗?如果其中一个角是直角呢?请证明你的结论。
我们曾从折纸的过程中得到启示,作了等腰三角形底边上的中线或顶角的角平分线,运用公理,证明三角形全等,从而得出“等边对等角”。那么我们能否通

过作等腰三角形底边的高来证明“等边对等角”。
要求学生完成,一位学生的过程如下:
已知:在△ABC中, AB=AC.
求证:∠B=∠C.
证明:过A作AD⊥BC,垂足为C,
∴∠ADB=∠ADC=90°
又∵AB=AC,AD=AD,
∴△ABD≌△ACD.
∴∠B=∠C(全等三角形的对应角相等)
在实际的教学过程中,有学生对上述证明方法产生了质疑。质疑点在于“在证明△ABD≌△ACD时,用了“两边及其中一边的对角对相等的两个三角形全等”。而我们在前面学习全等的时候知道,两个三角形,如果有两边及其一边的对角相等,这两个三角形是不一定全等的。可以画图说明。(如图所示在ABD和△ABC中,AB=AB,∠B=∠B,AC=AD,但△ABD与△ABC不全等)” .
也有学生认同上述的证明。
教师顺水推舟,询问能否证明:“在两个直角三角形中,直角所对的边即斜边和一条直角边对应相等的两个直角三角形全等。”,从而引入新课。
2:引入新课
(1).“HL”定理。由师生共析完成
已知:在Rt△ABC和Rt△A′B′C′中,∠C=∠C′=90°,AB=A′B′,BC=B′C′. 求证:Rt△ABC≌Rt△A′B′C′
证明:在Rt△ABC中,AC=AB一BC(勾股定理).
又∵在Rt△ A' B' C'中,A' C' =A'C'=A'B'2一B'C'2 (勾股
定理).
AB=A'B',BC=B'C',AC=A'C'.
∴Rt△ABC≌Rt△A'B'C' (SSS).
教师用多媒体演示:
定理 斜边和一条直角边对应相等的两个直角三角形全等。
这一定理可以简单地用“斜边、直角边”或“HL”表示。

进行异分母的分式加减法的运算是难点,异分母的分式加减法的运算,必须转化为同分母的分式加减法,,然后按同分母的分式加减法的法则计算,转化的关键是通分,通分的关键是正确确定几个分式的最简公分母,确定最简公分母的一般步骤:(1)取各分母系数的最小公倍数;(2)所出现的字母(或含字母的式子)为底的幂的因式都要取;(3)相同字母(或含字母的式子)的幂的因式取指数的。在求出最简公分母后,还要确定分子、分母应乘的因式,这个因式就是最简公分母除以原分母所得的商。
异分母的分式加减法的一般步骤:(1)通分,将异分母的分式化成同分母的分式;(2)写成“分母不便,分子相加减”的形式;(3)分子去括号,合并同类项;(4)分子、分母约分,将结果化成最简分式或整式。
三、例、习题的意图分析
1. P18问题3是一个工程问题,题意比较简单,只是用字母n天来表示甲工程队完成一项工程的时间,乙工程队完成这一项工程的时间可表示为n+3天,两队共同工作一天完成这项工程的 .这样引出分式的加减法的实际背景,问题4的目的与问题3一样,从上面两个问题可知,在讨论实际问题的数量关系时,需要进行分式的加减法运算。
2. P19[观察]是为了让学生回忆分数的加减法法则,类比分数的加减法,分式的加减法的实质与分数的加减法相同,让学生自己说出分式的加减法法则。
3.P20例6计算应用分式的加减法法则。第(1)题是同分母的分式减法的运算,第二个分式的分子式个单项式,不涉及到分子变号的问题,比较简单,所以要补充分子是多项式的例题,教师要强调分子相减时第二个多项式注意变号;
第(2)题是异分母的分式加法的运算,最简公分母就是两个分母的乘积,没有涉及分母要因式分解的题型。例6的练习的题量明显不足,题型也过于简单,教师应适当补充一些题,以供学生练习,巩固分式的加减法法则。
(4)P21例7是一道物理的电路题,学生首先要有并联电路总电阻R与各支路电阻R1, R2, …, Rn的关系为 .若知道这个公式,就比较容易地用含有R1的式子表示R2,列出 ,下面的计算就是异分母的分式加法的运算了,得到 ,再利用倒数的概念得到R的结果。这道题的数学计算并不难,但是物理的知识若不熟悉,就为数学计算设置了难点。鉴于以上分析,教师在讲这道题时要根据学生的物理知识掌握的情况,以及学生的具体掌握异分母的分式加法的运算的情况,可以考虑是否放在例8之后讲。

一、我的教学目标
1、总体目标。激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心。在整个教学过程中,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。
2.、具体目标。结合学生英语基础较差的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意和初一知识的衔接,例如,复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,能培养学生学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。
二、学生基本情况
本班共有60人,学生聪明活泼、勤奋好学,但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏兴趣,虽然在七年级时有意识地培养他们的兴趣,取得了考试上的一些成绩,但综合学习能力,尤其是自主学习能力不是很高。
三、我的指导思想
由于社会在不停地发展,信息化和经济全球化性,使英语的重要性日益突出,在义务教育阶段中,英语教育也是一个重要组成部分,通过英语学习,激发学生的兴趣,掌握知识,提高口语水平和交际能力,同时又能磨砺意志,陶冶情操,拓宽视野,发展个性。在本学期的英语教学中,我要坚持以下理念的应用:

本学期我校使用4月第一版,206月第一次印刷的《仁爱版英语》,其上册有4个单元和12个话题以及2个复习单元,一共是6个单元,其中第2、第4单元后面分别设置了一个复习单元,与往年相比有新的语法和句式,总共490个单词包括50个短语,此书由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社依据《英语课程标准》编写,它起点低,循序渐进,方便学生培养英语学习兴趣,从而很快进入英语学习的状态,教材编排得非常好。

本册教材内容的重点是语法归类,如:现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等,难点也是语法和基本句型,这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结,呈现图文并茂的教学内容,把语言学习和实际生活结合起来,增强学生的听说能力,并通过开展各种任务性活动,巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习,增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。
七、我本学期教学方法
英语的教育教学方法很多,各有优、缺点,教师可以针对不同的情况采用不同的教学方法来加以弥补。针对我教的班级,本学期本人打算用下列方法对学生进行教育教学:
1、Teach English in English.英语毕竟是一门语言,训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力,在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练,这就要求我们用英语来教英语,在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。
2、Think English in English.用英语想,也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考,一定学不好。用英语思考就是在用英语进行表达和理解时,没有美国人思考的介入,或者说美国人思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。
3、背诵和多种练习结合。实事求是的说,大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合,乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。
4、合理利用课外资料,重点题要重点练习、重点讲解,做到主次分明,讲求实效。
5、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法;。英语的内容较多,包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容,如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学,那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好,再好的教师也不可能教好。因而,针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。
总之,利用教材形式多样的写作练习,既能培养学生的想象力,又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语,巩固所学语言知识,同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养,以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认识,由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上,开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识,在教学的过程中让学生多看,多记,多总结,多背、多练说来丰厚英语知识,提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的,最终形成语言技能。

历史学习方法与技巧有哪些
1.课前预习
在上课之前,应该先把今天要讲的初中历史内容看一遍,这样老师在讲课的时间就能够跟上思路,也能够加深印象。现在教室大多有安装投影仪,老师是用PPT来讲课的,进度会比较快,你课前不先看一遍,可能会跟不上老师的思路。
2.重在理解

5.掌握答题技巧

初中的英语教学与高中的英语教学,不仅在教学方面,在学生、教学设备等各方面都有很大的差别。所以开学后,先了解各方面的情况,从教材,学情等方面入手。
备课时认真钻研教材、教参,学习好大纲,虚心向初中组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课,写好教案。开学一两周后,就去听同年组老师的课,向他们认真学习、取长补短。
上课前都提前到班级做好准备,做好基本的准备工作,调整好状态。课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,使学生有举一反三的能力,培养学生的学习兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯,如认真做笔记,课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。
课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导,不明白的耐心讲解,及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多,如单词、课文等,就要求学生一定要过关,没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用时间让学生多进行背诵,培养学习英语的语感。
除了了教学,本人还注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生,包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提,也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。
经过这学期的教学,本人注意到尊重、理解、信任学生是消除教育盲点的基础。尊重学生要尊重学生的人格。教师与学生虽然处在教育教学过程中的不同的地位,但在人格上应该是平等的;理解学生要从青少年的心理发展特点出发,理解他们的要求和想法,信任他们的潜在能力,放手让学生在实践中锻炼,在磨练中成长。只有这样,学生才能与教师缩小心理距离,学生才会对教师产生依赖感。比如,初中生更喜欢上台进行对话背诵,而不是单纯的死记硬背,这就要多给学生上台表演的机会。而有的学生英语基础较差,我就先从基本的音标教起,使他们恢复信心,激发学习英语的兴趣。
我更深刻地认识到教师要热爱每一个学生,尤其是对待后进生要多给一些温暖,用“爱”字改变他们,理解尊重信任他们。爱学生就是要严格要求学生,对其缺点错误,不纵容、不姑息、不放任。师爱既蕴含着强烈的情感色彩,又表现出深刻的理智,不仅着眼于学生目前的得失和苦乐,更注重学生未来的发展和前途。对于英语学习成绩较差的学生,适当降低要求,避免其产生逆反心理。
在本学期的校园科技文化艺术节上,本人还认真辅导学生。本班的学生在初中组英语演讲比赛及制作圣诞节贺卡比赛中都取得了优异的成绩。这有利于学生综合素质的提高,并培养学生的集体荣誉感。
三、 自我素质的提高
积极学习各种教育理论,以充实自己,以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导,更好地进行教育教学。积极参加教研室组织的教研活动,认真听课,做好听课记录。暑假期间认真学习福建省继续教育远程培训课程。本人还利用业余时间认真学习电脑知识,学习制作多媒体课件,为教学服务,积极撰写教育教学论文。本人所撰写的《浅谈中学英语教学》、《培养课堂教学中学生的创新能力》荣获了省级三等奖。并参加学校组织的教研教改活动,以提高自身的素质。
四、努力方向
本人需加强自身基本功的训练,课堂上做到精讲精练,注重对学生能力的培养。对差生多些关心,多点爱心,再多一些耐心,使他们在各方面有更大进步。利用各种方法,训练学生提高、集中注意力。在教学上下功夫,努力使班级学生的成绩在原有的基础上有更大的进步。
